Description:
Zygospores of a species of Orphella, a trichomycete fungus from the hindgut of a stonefly nymph (Plecoptera). Phenol cotton blue stain. DIC. Specimen kindly provided by Dr. Merlin White, Department of Biological Sciences, Boise State University, Boise, Idaho (MerlinWhite@boisestate.edu).
