Description:
Lenggong, Perak, Malaysia.Dicranopteris linearis (Burm. f.) Underw. Gleicheniaceae. CN: [Malay - Resam, Bengkawang], Tropical bracken. Naturalized pan-tropically. Distinctive branching habit with the main rachis divided dichotomously several times; only ultimate branches and accessory branches leafy; leafy parts lobed pinnately to branch. Fertile pinnules underside of leaf developing sori near vein of lobe; no indusium. One of the commonest ferns in open spaces forming thick thickets.
