The Snail Hunter (25671963043)

Description:
Description: You may be wondering how me and the beetles of Leicestershire are getting on. Well we're doing fine thanks, as I was saying to this Cychrus caraboides only recently. I love these big black tanks. They can shoot acids out of their anus at predators and buzz loudly when annoyed. As if that wasn't good enough - they eat snails! (Unfortunately only the little glass snails, not the big garden snails that have just eaten all those expensive plants you bought from the garden centre.) Still, what a nice beetle!.
