Southeastern Sneezeweed (Helenium pinnatifidum) (6893894191)

Description:
Description: A young Sneezeweed blossom in the moist pine flatwoods at Sweetbay Natural Area, Palm Beach County, Florida. Sneezeweed is one of my favorite native wildflowers, It does not make you sneeze and it's not a weed! I don't usually find many of these and, when I do, they have often been chewed upon...must be tasty :). Date: 16 February 2012, 09:43.
