I've seen lots of other possibilities but this one is on the U of Hawaii Asclepiadaceae page. Here's another possibility: Hoya australis subsp. tenuipes; Hoya australis is a synonym of H. bicarinata, though, so I should be close. This is in a condo building's landscape in Waikiki.
