Patrolling Through the Sagebrush (9080471398)
Description:
Description: Coyotes can often be seen on the National Elk Refuge during the summer months. Visitors sometimes mistake them for wolves. A couple notable differences: coyotes have bushy, thick tails, which they hold low to the ground; wolves are much bigger in size than coyotes. USFWS / Ann Hough, National Elk Refuge volunteer. Date: 25 May 2013, 18:00. Source: Patrolling Through the Sagebrush. Author: USFWS Mountain-Prairie.
