Colonus sylvanus (37245843706)

Description:
Description: This is a jumping spider that is associated with woodlands, so it makes sense that we would see it in the Old Forest. Jumping spiders are the largest spider family, and they have some of the best vision of any arthropods. They are easily recognized by the pattern of their four pairs of eyes, and they can jump quickly in response to threats or when hunting. Date: 24 September 2017, 10:56. Source: Colonus sylvanus.
