Spider NZ Anoteropsis aerescens

Description: English: This wolf spider was found just below the snow line at about 1600 meters on Mt Taranaki, North Island, New Zealand. It was about 30 mm across. Was identified by Te Papa Museum expert staff member (from photo) as very likely to be Anoteropsis aerescens (no common name). Definitely a type of wolf spider. Date: 7 October 2013, 13:52:24.
