Upper view (not Macrocypraea zebra (Linnaeus, 1758)). This species was again determined in another species through information from its original source. According Abbott & Dance, Macrocypraea zebra is from the Atlantic Ocean and Macrocypraea cervinetta is from the west coast of America.
