Description:
Description: English: Ptilocrinus amezianeae Eléaume, Hemery, Bowden & Roux, 2011.Note all the white patches on the rocks and all the white fragments scattered around the sea floor, these may have accumulated from past crinoids living and dying here over millennia. Here, Ptilocrinus amezianeae shares its habitat with a Bathypathes black coral on the southeastern knoll of the Admiralty seamount, around 600 m.
