Description: Armillaria gemina Bérubé & Dessur. Observation Notes: Specimens of the Armillaria gemina fungi at Belchertown, Massachusetts, USA. The fungi appear to grow seemingly from soil but also from the bases of rotting birch and oak stumps nearby, singly or in small loose clumps.
