Description: English: Fresh leaves from a bundle sold in the market to be used as wrappers for the popular chikwangue cassava 'bread' or 'roll.' One of only a few different types of leaves suitable for this purpose. A large and sturdy leaf. Called 'kilodi' in Kikongo. Not actually eaten, but discarded after cooking. Date: 2 May 2016.
