Description: English: Zigadenus paniculatus, deathcamas, is common is undisturbed sagebrush steppe of the Idaho National Laboratory, as well in in sagebrush steppe with a recent burn history or that has experience physical disturbance, such as green stripping, as at this site. This short-statured and presumably recent stand of Artemisia tripartita, threetip sagebrush, is re-establishing in a roadside crested wheatgrass strip.
