Description: English: This is a scan of a herbarium specimen of Sarcomelicope simplicifolia ssp. simplicifolia (Rutaceae) from Lord Howe Island. Collection info is as follows: "Game 69/216. A densely branching shrub of about 1.5 meters with white flowers (with a slight greenish tinge) and grey fairly smooth bark. In low scrubby vegetation on a south-facing slope in the Northern Hills somewhat west of Kim's Lookout and somewhat south of the sea coast, elevation about 350 feet. Lord Howe Island Aug/Sept 1969". The species was formerly known as Acronychia simplicifolia. It occurs in lowland woods on Lord Howe Island and is also known from Norfolk Island and eastern Australia.
