Description:

Description: English: Catch Report - 21/06/12 [NATIONAL MOTH NIGHT] - Back Garden/Farmland Well looking at the weather + family commitments, I decided to do my bit for National Moth Night's last night as it seemed mild enough. I woke up to torrential rain and a strong wind, so the catch was pretty much hampered by that. But.. I managed to trap my first ever Small Angle Shades (wher have you been the last 5 years?!) I am over the moon as it is supposed to be a common species here. Other things of note were the amount of Hawk-moths in the trap, with 5x Privet, 3x Poplar, 2x Elephant and 1x Pine.
