Description: English: Rock lobsters (family Palinuridae, also called spiny lobsters) are the one's without the big pincer claws. Often sold in restaurants in a seafood plate (where customers aren't expecting the claws), the turn this lovely cream-red-orange color. In the ocean, they are a dull dark green.
