Sphenoderia lenta Obliquely positioned cell, the narrow slit of the pseudostome at the end of the collar covered with very small siliceous scales becomes slightly visible.Scale bar indicates 25 µm. Sample from wetland Paradieswiese near Kitzbühel, Tyrol, Austria. Sampling date 06/2023. The image was built up using several photomicrographic frames with manual stacking technique.
