Anglewing Katydid
Description:
I noticed that one leaf on a butterfly bush had...a leg. Leaves generally don't have legs, so I looked closer and saw this anglewing. It wasn't until I started shooting this one that I noticed there were actually two, sitting on the same leaf. The second wouldn't pose for me, but this one obligingly let me pick it up.
