Paradise fly
Description:
I haven't seen many of these yet this year. It is the start of the season for them so I guess more will turn up. They float in the air like a seed pod. The female is a wingless and therefore a flightless insect. The male has 2 wings and long waxy secretions from the end of its abdomen.
