Family: ApocyanaceaeDistribution: Common in hill slopes. Limited to Peninsular India and Bengal.Photographed at Eastren ghats in Andhra Pradesh.Pretty climbing shrubs. branchlets pubescent.Leaves elliptic ovate, obtusely acute, base attenuate, subcoriaceous, Flowers white fragrant 1-2cm across, in terminal corymbose cymes.Flowers densly corymbose, pale yellow or white, cymes densly corymbose, Whole plant is used as anthelmintic,emetic and used in the treatment of bronchitis.
