Description:

Slo.: pernatolistna vijolica - Habitat: calcareous ravine, moderately inclined toward SE, warm and dry place, full sun, exposed to direct rain, average precipitations ~ 3.000 mm/year, average temperature 7-9 deg C, elevation 630 m (2.050 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. - Substratum: fine scree and sand in the ravine bed, sparsely grass and Salix sp. bushes overgrown, among rocks; seldom in rock crevices. - Comment: This plant is a quite a rare fund in Slovenia, however not protected by law. It is rare also according to ref. (2).
