Description:
Slo.: pernatolistna vijolica - Habitat: calcareous ravine, moderately inclined toward SE, warm and dry place, full sun, exposed to direct rain, average precipitations ~ 3.000 mm/year, average temperature 7-9 deg C, elevation 630 m (2.050 feet), alpine phytogeographical region. - Substratum: fine scree and sand in the ravine bed, sparsely grass and Salix sp. bushes overgrown, among rocks; seldom in rock crevices. - Comment: This plant is a quite a rare fund in Slovenia, however not protected by law. It is rare also according to ref. (2). It occurrence is proven in 12 UTM squares (out of 170) in Slovenia (Ref.:(3)) and in 6 UTM squares (out of 83) in neighboring Friuli Venezia Giulia in Italy (Ref.:(4)). - Ref.: (1) A.Martinči et all., Mala Flora Slovenije, Tehnična Zaloba Slovenije (2007), p 421.
