werneri: Israel, Egypt (from N Negev southwest along Mediterranean coastal regions on the Sinai peninsula to the Nile delta in Egypt).
Type locality: northern Negev desert, Israel. Holotype found in sand dunes 14 km south of Beer Sheva (northern Negev desert, Israel).
