This beautiful red Goodeniaceae: Lechenaultia laricina grows in deep white sand and gravel soils. It is a Declared Rare plant growing in very limited populations. The plants have been fenced to help save these plants from being eaten by kangaroos and to mark the plants a post has been placed next to the plant. Photos 2007
