Polygala (Milkwort) is a genus of tree in the family Polygalaceae. They are native to Canada, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, U.S. Virgin Islands, The Contiguous United States, and Puerto Rico. They have samaras. Flowers are visited by orange tip, Melitaea celadussa, Lasiommata petropolitana, and Honey bee. Individuals can grow to 0.069 m.
