He is a regular seasonally visitor from February to July or August and then disappears until the following year. Though unconfirmed, Oakley may have visited the French Frigate Shoals in 2014 and again in 2017.

Well, technically, I guess you wouldn't call it an express, not because sea turtles don't have the speed, but it was only mildly uncomfortable with my presence and just moved a few feet away, slowly.
