Flying Fish

Oceanodromous. Migrating within oceans typically between spawning and different feeding areas, as tunas do. Migrations should be cyclical and predictable and cover more than 100 km.

Found in surface waters of both neritic and oceanic areas (Ref. 30573). Capable of leaping out of the water and gliding for long distances above the surface (Ref. 30573).
