Description: Characterized by yellowish color of head and anterior part of back; pair of red stripes on body alternating with white stripe; enlarged pore anterior and slightly medial to posterior nostril; one pore diagonally ventroanterior from nostril; one pore on each side of interorbital space at level of anterior edge of pupil; pelvic fins 1.4-1.7 in head length (Ref. 90102).
