Melanthera nivea (Snow Squarestem) is a species of shrub in the family Asteraceae. They are climbers. They have a procumbent growth form. They are native to U.S. Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, and Amazônia. Flowers are visited by Uranophora leucotelus, White Peacock, Eastern Carpenter Bee, and Southern Carpenter Bee.
