Marsilea polycarpa (Guayanan Water Clover) is a species of perennial herb in the family Marsileaceae. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Amazônia, Roraima, Bahia, Mata Atlântica, Cerrado, Puerto Rico, Pernambuco, Mato Grosso Do Sul, Santa Catarina, Pará, and Maranhao. They have pinnate leaves. They have alternation of generations.
