Centaurium erythraea (Centaury) is a species of annual herb in the family Gentianaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Satyrium spini, Common carder bumblebee, common blue, and scotch argus. Individuals can grow to 0.11 m.
