Pododesmus patelliformis (Linnaeus 1761)

Pododesmus patelliformis is a species of mussels in the family Anomiidae. Dead Pododesmus patelliformis form shallow marine sediments. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 41.5 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are facultatively mobile animals.
