This species has been collected in the Gulf of Panama from Old French Fort Reef (USNM E 23674), Fort Kobbe Beach (USNM E 24090 & USNM E 26468), Whorehouse Reef (USNM E 24245), and East of Venado Island (USNM E 23391; Centroid Latitude: 8.8792, Centroid Longitude: -79.5958), eastern Pacific, North Pacific Ocean.
