A tall shrub or small tree, phyllodes c. 3-7.5 cm long, c. 2.5-7.5 (—10) mm broad, hoary with minute pubescence. Spike axillary, c. 1.5-2.0 cm long. Sepals 5, free linear, petals twice as long as the sepals. Pod flat membraneous. c. 2.0-3.5 cm long c. 7-15 mm broad, narrowly winged, pubescent, narrowed towards the base.
