Hebeloma broadwayi Murrill, Mycologia 4: 82. 1912
Pileus fleshy, convex to expanded, 2-4 cm. broad; surface white, glabrous, subviscid, not striate; lamellae adnexed, crowded, rather narrow, white to ochraceous-fulvous, the edges white, crenulate; spores ochraceous-fulvous, ellipsoid, 12-14 X 7-8 /*; stipe cylindric, white, glabrous, hollow, 3-4 cm. long, 2-4 mm. thick.
Type locality: St. George's, Grenada. Habitat: Along roadsides in lowlands. Distribution: Known only from the type locality.
