Diagnostic Description

Hind tibiae without apical spurs; basicosta without strong setae; third antennal segment with at most an acute dorsobasal angle; tibiae not or only slightly inflated; frontal callus absent; uniformly pale pilose insects with greenish integument and unbanded eyes; labella sclerotized; wings without spots, glass-clear, only the costal cell yellowish; tibiae wholly pale haired.
