Description:
A 0.7mm long female Xenomerus ergenna parasitoid wasp of the Scelionidae family found on oak bark in Guestling Woods. Affitional pictures of this handsome wasp below, all can be viewed larger with a click. Note narrow wings with a brownish tint, deep notauli, basal joint of antennae yellowish, small metanotum spine.
