Clintonia borealis (Bluebead) is a species of perennial herb in the family Liliaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to The Contiguous United States, Canada, Saint-Pierre Et Miquelon, and Eastern North America. They have simple, broad leaves and yellow flowers. Flowers are visited by Tricolored Bumble Bee, Amblyscirtes hegon, Hobomok Skipper, and Parasyrphus relictus. Individuals can grow to 0.34 m.
