Nassella neesiana (Uruguayan Needlegrass) is a species of perennial herb in the family true grasses. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Santa Catarina, Uruguay, Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, SãO Paulo, Rio Grande Do Sul, Pampa, Brazil, and Mata Atlântica. They have simple, broad leaves. Individuals can grow to 0.082 m.
