Cyperus difformis (Smallflower Umbrella Sedge) is a species of annual grass in the family sedges. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Rio Grande Do Sul, Pacific Basin excluding Hawaii, Santa Catarina, Bahia, and Mata Atlântica. They have simple, broad leaves.
