Pterygoplichthys anisitsi (Southern Sailfin Catfish) is a species of ray-finned fishes in the family suckermouth armored catfishes. They are associated with freshwater habitat. They are native to Argentina. Individuals can grow to 55 cm. They have sexual reproduction.
