Rosa spinosissima (Scots Rose) is a species of shrub in the family Rosaceae. They have a self-supporting growth form. They have compound, broad leaves and achenes. Flowers are visited by Rose chafer, Bombus lucorumterrestris, Andrena subopaca, and meadow brown. Individuals can grow to 0.53 m.
