새각류(鰓脚類, 라틴어: Branchiopoda)는 분류학상의 동물 구분 중 하나로, 갑각류에 속한다. 크기가 작은 갑각류로, 껍데기가 잘 발달되어 있는 것과 껍데기를 가지지 않는 것이 있다. 노플리우스나 메타노플리우스 유생으로 부화된다. 주로 민물에 서식하며, 풍년새우, 투구새우, 물벼룩 등이 새각류에 속한다.
