Actinotus helianthi is a species of herb in the family umbellifers. They have a self-supporting growth form. They are native to Oceania continent (Australia, NZ and islands). They have simple, broad leaves. Flowers are visited by Ocirrhoe unimaculata, Belenois java, Castiarina sexplagiata, and Glyphipterix chrysoplanetis. Individuals can grow to 0.3 m.
