Madrepora oculata (Lettuce Coral) is a species of cnidarians in the family Starry Globe Madrepore. They are listed in cites appendix ii. Dead Lettuce Coral form shallow marine sediments. They have alternation of generations, asexual reproduction, and sexual reproduction; they are broadcast spawners. They are sessile animals.
