Melapium elatum (Schubert & J. A. Wagner 1829)

Melapium elatum is a species of snails in the family Strepsiduridae. They are native to Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone and Natal. Dead Melapium elatum form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 52.5 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
