On a day when the view under water leaves something to be desired, you can always creep around the jetties and practice sneaking up on pelicans, herons, skimmers, and gulls. It's a bit of a challenge to heft that heavy camera housing and lights overhead, while keeping the lens clear. If you do it right, they let you get in pretty close when approaching from the water.Brown PelicanPelecanus occidentalis St. Andrews State Park West Jetty- Kiddie Pool Panama City Beach, Bay County, Florida, USAOlympus OM-D E-M5 14-42mm II Lens PT-EP08 Underwater Housing, PPO-EP01 Lens PortSea Life Sea Dragon 2000 & Sea Dragon 2500 Underwater Light

When the clarity underwater is less than favorable, it's a great day to practice your Pelican Sneaky Pete's. You can get very close, from the water, but it's a bit of a challenge to keep the lens clear. Hefting the camera over your head, with the weight of the housing, tray, and two attached dive lights, is no easy task either.
