Profundiconus puillandrei is a species of snails in the family cone snails. They are native to Kermadec Ridge, New Zealand Exclusive Economic Zone, and New Caledonian Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Profundiconus puillandrei form shallow marine sediments. They have sexual reproduction.
