Septifer bilocularis (Ledge Mussel) is a species of mussels in the family Marine Mussels. They are native to Natal and Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone. Adult Ledge Mussel form marine reefs. Dead Ledge Mussel form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 78 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are sessile animals.
