Mimachlamys sanguinea (Noble Scallop) is a species of mussels in the family scallops. They are native to Kermadec Islands, Natal, and Mozambican Exclusive Economic Zone. They are surficial modifiers. Individuals can grow to 69 mm. They have sexual reproduction. They are burrowers.
