Spondylus proneri is a species of mussels in the family Spondylidae. They are native to Kermadec Islands and Vanuatu Exclusive Economic Zone. Dead Spondylus proneri form shallow marine sediments. Individuals can grow to 42 mm. They have sexual reproduction.
